Jesus said to his disciples, "The kingdom of heaven is like a net thrown into the sea, which collects fish of every kind. When it is full they haul it ashore and sit down to put what is good into buckets. What is bad they throw away. Thus it will be at the end of the age. The angels will go out and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth"  (Matthew 13: 47-50).

I think it is safe to say that we would like to be sorted into the Kingdom of Heaven. Where do you think you would end up today? Are you living a life of real friendship with Christ right now? Or do you hardly know Jesus? Prayer, the Sacraments and using your will to conquer your feelings of laziness and selfishness is a great way to start.

Lord Jesus, I want to be with You in Heaven for all eternity.
