April 7 – St. John Baptist de la Salle
Jesus said to his disciples, “The Father loves the Son and has given everything over to him. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him” (John 3: 35-36).
God is our true Father who loves us his children and wants what is best for us. Do you talk to God like you talk to your Dad? Do you want to please God like you want to please your Dad? God has a big heart and he loves you very much.
Jesus, give me the wisdom and the heart to love and appreciate my Dad as you did yours.
