January 20 - St. Fabian, Pope and martyr

He told his disciples to have a boat ready for him because of the crowd, so that they would not crush him. He had cured many and, as a result, those who had diseases were pressing upon him to touch him (Mark 3: 9-10).

These people are a great example for us because they sought out Jesus. They wanted to find him. Can I say the same thing?

Christ, I want to find you and be cured of my selfishness and my reliance on my feelings.
