Jesus said to his disciples, "Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for your selves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light" (Matthew 11: 28-30).
Christ is the model of the perfect human being. We should all strive to be like Him. He tells us straight up here: “Learn from me.” Do I have other role models or “idols” in my life other than Jesus?
Blessed Mother, help me to learn from your Son. May He always be the model of my life.
Impact Sports: Am I a leader who uses his will to control the impulse to criticize?
Impact Life: Do I show constraint and respect by the way I speak and the language I use?
