March 16 - St. Julian of Antioch
Jesus then said to those Jews who believed in him, "If you remain in my word, you will truly be my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8: 31-32).
One of the worst acts of pride is to live as if you do not need God, as if you were sufficient all by yourself. Each one of us is a creature of God. We had nothing to do with our birth and most of us know nothing about our death. God is in charge. This truth can set you free.
Jesus, my Lord, I want to know the truth, your truth.
